May not upload, leak, or redistribute course materials anywhere.

May not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to recreate any part of our services.

Must keep login credentials confidential and secure.

Specific modules or materials are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

3. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

3.1 Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved payment processors.

By purchasing, you also agree to the processor’s Terms and Privacy Policies.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered instantly; therefore, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional situations such as:

Duplicate payment

Technical access issues that cannot be resolved

Situations required under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Lack of time or failure to complete the program

“Not useful” or “not what I expected”

Low test scores or unsatisfactory results

3.3 Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

Access to all services will be revoked immediately.

Your account may be permanently banned.

We will submit evidence (IP logs, login records, timestamps, emails, chat logs, etc.) to dispute the chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

MOMO Global LLC may suspend or terminate your access without refund if:

You violate these Terms

You commit fraud or initiate chargeback abuse

You leak or share course content

You misuse our platform

You harass staff or students

You attempt to harm our systems, software, or reputation

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.

5. Third-Party Platforms & Outages

Some services rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, LMS systems, communication tools, etc.). MOMO Global LLC is not responsible for:

Platform outages

Maintenance downtime

Slow performance

Technical interruptions

Loss of access caused by external providers

Data loss caused by third-party failures

Temporary unavailability of the service does not qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law:

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

MOMO Global LLC does not guarantee:

Score improvements

Specific results

Academic performance

Future outcomes

Availability of service at all times

You agree that results vary from person to person and depend on individual effort.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

MOMO Global LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

MOMO Global LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

This limitation applies across all legal theories (contract, negligence, tort, equity, etc.).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; if so, only the legally permitted limits apply.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

You agree that:

Any dispute must first be addressed via good-faith communication through email.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.

You waive the right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.

This expressly prevents legal actions in Saudi Arabia or other countries.

9. International Users (Including Saudi Arabia & GCC)

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

You are contracting with a U.S.-registered company.

Services are delivered digitally from outside the GCC.

Local consumer laws in your country may not apply.

MOMO Global LLC does not operate commercially or physically inside Saudi Arabia or any GCC country.

All transactions are governed solely by U.S. law.
