3. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

3.2 Refund Policy

No refunds or compensation will be provided for terminations resulting from violations.

Platform outages

Downtime or maintenance

Technical failures or interruptions

Loss of access due to issues outside our control

Delays in service availability

Data loss caused by third-party failures

Temporary unavailability of the course does not qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to all legal theories including contract, tort, negligence, and equity.
